Hey, I’m Juelz.

My Vision

Funky meets Midcentury

Much of my work draws from the vibrant legacy of Pop Art, with Andy Warhol serving as a formative influence during my college studies in art. I’ve always been captivated by the movement’s elements of saturated, contrasting color and its unique balance between simplicity with conceptual depth. Pop Art’s reverence for American cultural iconography—and its role in shaping visual languages that continue to resonate today, particularly within the comic book industry—has deeply affected my creative vision.

In my own practice, I aim to disrupt expectations, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and reconsider the familiar. Through deliberate choices in color, subject matter, and experimentation, I seek to carve out a distinct voice—one that pushes boundaries and aspires to leave a lasting, individual imprint on the evolving landscape of contemporary art.
